Harmony Studio: designing a multi-agent video studio
Designing a multi-agent video studio.
The problem
AI video generators make clips measured in seconds. A finished ten-minute video still means moving work between five or more tools (script, voice, image, animation, music, edit) and keeping characters consistent across all of them by hand.
What we designed
A platform where separate AI agents each own one stage (script, character consistency, voice-over, image-to-video, music, editing) and an orchestrator assembles them into one long-form video from a single prompt, with the outline approved before anything renders.
What exists now (2026-09-23)
- Research: technology stack, 15 features, target audience, 7 direct competitors (Luma AI, Runway, Pika, Stability AI, Haiper, Kling and others), completed March 2026.
- Product requirements for the backend orchestration engine and the frontend; database and multi-agent system specifications.
- No software has been built. There is no app, no pipeline and no demo video. It is not for sale, and it is listed in the Lab as designed, not built.
Outcome
None yet, and this page claims none. It shows how Harmony specifies a product before building it.
Built with the Harmony fleet
Specified with Harmony's agent fleet.
