Morpheus: a founder's second brain, built for one
A founder's second brain, built for one.
The problem
A founder running a company with AI agents has conversations all day, in the car, on calls, at job sites, and loses most of them. Business numbers live in five places. Asking "what did we decide with that client?" means digging.
What we built
- Memory: conversations from a wearable recorder and notes are taken in and organised as a knowledge base an agent can search.
- A command deck: an installable web app (SolidJS) with life, business and agent areas. Clients, payments and KPIs come from live data, with chat and voice panels.
- A voice loop on the Mac: wake word, transcription on the machine, the agent's answer spoken back, and a short list of allowed Mac actions (Python, with tests).
What it does now (2026-09-23)
It was built July–August 2026 for one person and never became a production app. It is wired to that person's own accounts, so there is no public demo, no sign-up and nothing for sale. What we are designing from it is an agent setup for businesses: an AI agent connected to a company's tools through MCP servers and APIs, on the company's own keys. Outcome
No usage or productivity figures are on record, and this page claims none.
Built with the Harmony fleet
Built by Harmony's founder with the agent fleet; it is where much of the fleet's working method was first tried.
